“Decisions in IFR”
I’ll be leading a discussion of the sequence of decisions (and non-decisions!) made by two pilots on a multi-leg IFR Flight, who ended up in a fatal accident in northern Wisconsin. This accident case study was created by the AOPA Air Safety Institute and used in the recent “Weather Investigations” Safety Seminar.
Our October meeting will be held this coming Tuesday, 10/16, at our regular time of 6:30 pm, in our usual spot, the Leadership Classroom of the EAA Aviation Center. And another reason to attend – another regular anonymous donor is providing pizza for us afterward, and EAA is kindly providing beverages.
The event is not yet posted on FAASTeam Wings, so we’ll take attendance at the meeting and use that to issue Wings credits.
Please feel free to invite another Instrument Pilot or student to come with you!
